Produce the plastic raw material for LED strip light from the PVC powder

Soldering LED chip, resistor, IC to the flexible PCB board by the SMT machine.

Pull the flexible PCB to the plastic tube and hook wires to parallelly connect each meter together

Outer Jacket extrusion molding by the plastic injection machine

Roll the LED strip light, can be 100M/roll, 50M/roll or customized quantity
Quality Control

LED Chip Test

After soldering the LED chip to the FPC board by the high speed SMT machine, will test the performance and light consistency of the LED chip.

Semi-Finished Product Test

After putting the FPC board to the plastic tube and parallelly connect the led strip light, we will do the test.

Finished Product Test

Before rolling the LED strip light, we will make the test to ensure each chip can be bright and the outlook is in good condition.
